Le cinquième album des Chambers Brothers ; " Groovin' Time " est édité en Amérique sur le label Folkways Records FTS 31008 [ US ] le 01 Janvier 1968 . Il est également publié en Angleterre sur le label XTRA Records XTRA 1079 [ UK ] en 1969 . En fait , profitant du succès obtenu avec l'album " The Time Has ome " sur Columbia Records en 1967 , Folkways édite cet album qui contient trois chansons publiées sur de précédents albums complétées de six autres titres jusque là inédits . Un bon album qui regroupe donc des chansons probablement enregistrées entre 1965 et 1967 .
